• The Wait for Weightlessness: We process all orders within 2–3 business days. Good things take time, but great snuggles are worth the wait!

• Tracking Your Bestie: As soon as your new friend hits the road, we’ll send a tracking number to your DM or email.

• Safe Travels: We ship worldwide! Wherever you are, we’ll make sure your plushie arrives safe, sound, and ready for hugs.

Returns and Refunds 🎀

• Limited Edition Love: Because our designs are limited editions (only 5-6 variants!), all sales are final. No returns or exchanges for change of mind.

• Damages: We’ve got you covered! If your friend arrives hurt, we offer an exchange or refund.

• The Golden Rule: For any claims, you must provide an unedited parcel opening video sent to our DMs or WhatsApp within an hour of delivery.

• Care Instructions (The Spa Treatment):

• Keep It Fluffy: Most of our toys prefer a gentle spot clean with damp cloth.

• No Diving: Please keep them out of the washing machine unless the tag says otherwise—they aren't great swimmers!

• Air Dry Only: Let them lounge in the sun to dry. High heat from dryers is a "no-go" for their softness.
